U15 vs Kilbeggan Shamrocks
Our U15 panel got their year off to a winning start on Wednesday evening last with a good victory in Tang versus Kilbeggan Shamrock. Early season rustiness was very evident with the panel only having completed 2 training sessions together owing to the weather conditions over the last few weeks and we failed to take advantage of early goal opportunities. Eventually we started to dominate the game and put some nice passages of play together and ran out comfortably winners on the evening on a 5-17 to 1-03 score line.

Our game scheduled for Sunday 2nd April away to Miltownpass was postponed owing to the planned U15 Hurling Feile last weekend. Our next game is at home on Wednesday April 12th versus St Joseph’s.
Training will continue on Monday evenings in Drumraney and Wednesday evenings in Tang.
Cul Camps
Maryland/Tang Underage GAA Kellogg’s Cul Camps are to be held this year on the week of 31st of July to 4th of August 2023 at Tang GAA Grounds. Bookings are now open on the Kellogg’s Cul Camp website. Please book early to avoid disappointment as going on previous years this is likely to book up early
Child Safeguarding Course
Child Safeguarding Course 1 that was due to take place last week has been re-fixed for Thursday 6th April from 7-10pm in Drumraney Community centre.
