Social Night
Our Social Night took place on Saturday night in Maghera which turned out to be a very enjoyable event. Our sponsors were presented with a club full zip fleece on the night. Many thanks to our sponsors, Donoghue Motor Services, Ritchie Bros, Moran Agri, Reilly Mushrooms and Padraig Connell Consulting Engineers for all their hard work throughout the year. Also, special thanks to Maghera Pub for the food and drink on the night! Special mention also to Johnny Rock who was presented with a Maryland/Tang sleeveless jacket to recognise his 30 year involvement with Maryland/Tang GAA Club committee.
U17 7-a-side tournament
Maryland/Tang GAA are delighted to announce that we will be holding an u17 7-a-side tournament on Sunday 22nd October. The tournament will consist of 12 GAA clubs who will battle it out in Maryland and Tang GAA grounds. Fixtures and details will be announced closer to the date. The excitement is building already to what will be a brilliant event!
Nursery
Our Nursery had their last session of the year on Friday evening last. All players were presented with a Maryland/Tang zipped fleece to recognise all their great work throughout the year. Well done to all parents and big thank you to all the mentors and parents for all the great work throughout the year. We are already looking forward to the 2024 season already!
U15s vs Kilbeggan Shamrocks
Our u15s will play in the Shield final on Sunday next, September 24th in Mount Temple v Kilbeggan Shamrocks at 1:15pm. Best of luck lads!
