U17 vs Cill Oige
Esker Gaels 1-6 Cill Oige 2-4. History was made on Monday night last as Esker Gaels u-17s played their first game in Rosemount against Cill Oige. The lads failed to make the most of wind advantage in the first half and trailed by 2-1 to 0-3 at half time. A much improved display after the break saw a goal from Keelan Blom put the game in the balance and the sides were level with five minutes to go. The home side managed to snatch a point late on however to come out 2-4 to 1-6 winners. U7, u9 vs Garrycastle
Maryland Tang U7s and U9s travelled to Garrycastle in the sunshine on Saturday morning. Our u9s had two teams and played 3 great games each against teams from Garrycastle and Caulry while our U7s got to play 4 matches. All the boys and girls did really well and their skill levels are increasing all the time. Thanks to Garrycastle for hosting. U7 and U9 training continues on Friday evening at 6:30.
U13 vs Delvin
Our u13’s were out against Delvin on Friday evening last in second round of Division 4 league. Our lads battled hard but Delvin ran out comfortable winners in the end.
Fixtures
Our u15’s will play St Lomans in St Lomans on Thursday 20th April at 7pm. All support is greatly appreciated.
